About

Zhixin Wen is a PhD candidate at RMIT University School of Architecture and Urban Design. His research focuses on parametric design and digital construction, particularly in digital timber workflows, the translation of traditional construction logics, and connection methods for discrete building systems. With an academic background in both Civil Engineering and Architecture from BUCEA, his work brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to the integration of computational design, material systems, and mixed construction methods.
