Title
Disassembly potential calculation tool
Abstract
The purpose of this tool is to evaluate the ability to disassemble timber buildings. This tool focusses on connections with the option to analyse the entire building. This tool should be used in early design stages to provide feedback into how easy it is to disassemble a building. Reuse and recyclability have not been factored in and will need to be analysed separately. This tool is broken down into 3 sections; an introduction and breakdown of criteria, the user input section and the disassembly potential outputs. The other sheets in this document cover example buildings and connections.
